Artist's Narrative

I've always been fascinated by physical expression, be it human or animal. This interest probably borders on the voyeuristic, but allows me to pick up on small eccentricities which translate into all manner of characters. These small, stain-stenciled, coil-built bowls are a meditation on a moment.

Finding the balance in life which allows the space and time to reflect and create has always been the challenge, but the path is always there amidst the clutter, and the object, always there to be conjured.
